When you grant SMS permission (Android only), our app reads messages from recognized bank sender IDs to automatically detect and import transactions. SMS content is processed locally on your device - we never upload your SMS messages to our servers. This feature works offline and supports 50+ Indian banks.

Absolutely. We use bank-level AES-256 encryption for all stored data and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Your data is encrypted on your device and in the cloud. We never have access to your bank accounts or passwords. Additionally, we offer biometric authentication for extra security.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's app store. For Google Play: Open Google Play Store, tap Menu, then Subscriptions, find SmartWallet AI, and tap Cancel. For Apple App Store: Go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select SmartWallet AI, and tap Cancel Subscription.

Premium users can export their complete financial data in PDF, CSV, and Excel formats. This makes it easy to share reports with your accountant, create backups, or analyze your data in other tools. We believe your data belongs to you.

To delete your account, go to Settings in the app, then Privacy, then Delete Account. Confirm your decision, and your account along with all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email privacy@smartwalletai.co to request account deletion.
